ecocenter
san francisco, ca -- This community center is the first truly off-the-grid building in San Francisco. The project was completed in 2009, and now serves the Bayview community. It is a LEED Platinum project, and was built using an eco-machine waste water filtration system, a living roof, and a passive heating and ventilation system. -
waldorf school
davis, ca -- This green classroom and office project, completed in 2010, added over 4,000 sq ft of new space to an existing campus, and was constructed entirely during the summer break. -
chartwell
seaside, ca -- This new high school was started in one summer, during 2009, and is housed in two green portable classrooms. This project was the first CHPS certified classroom in CA in 2009. -
marketplace
alameda, ca -- This adaptive reuse project brought a new fresh food market to an abandoned historical automotive warehouse. The project won numerous awards, including one from the Alameda Historical Society. -
community center
san francisco, ca -- Using a CH1 we built ourselves, the City of San Francisco built and opened a new community services center in a Bayview housing project in less than 3 months.
